Play by FIFA rules, with the following exceptions:

Overtime Procedures

Teams must "Reduce & Equate", to ensure both teams have an equal number of Players
Only Players on the Field for Overtimes are eligable for PK's
Start with a "Coin Toss" (Identical procedure to starting games)
8U Games - Play 1 - 5 minute overtime periods (must play both - no "Golden Goal" permitted)
All other Divisions - Play 1 - 10 minute overtime periods (must play both - no "Golden Goal" permitted)
1 minute break between periods
Team with most points after completion of period(S) is declared the winner of the match.
(Add Total scores of the entire match)

If still tied after overtime periods;
(Remember - No player takes a second kick until all players have taken a kick.)
Only Players on the Field for Overtimes are eligable for PK's
Implement Coin Toss - Winner chooses to kick first or second.
Referee chooses the goal in which Penalty Kicks will be taken.
5 Kicks will be taken in alternating order.
Goal Keeper may be switched at any time and may be one of the kickers.
If one teams score makes it impossible for the other team to tie or win, the match is over. 
DO NOT procede any further with PK's.

If still tied after 5 alternating kicks;

New Kickers take "One on One" kicks in alternating order.
If one scores and the other does not, the scoring team is immediately declared the winner.
